Here are my first two questions for all potential clients. As a small business owner:
1. What are you WORST at? (be honest with yourself)
2. What takes up the most of your time?
That's where I am going to be the most help to you.
There's no way to outline everything that a virtual secretary can do for you, and this is not a "one size fits all" sort of business. Small business owners among different industries have different needs. Below is a list to give you a general idea of common services performed by virtual assistants these days.
General secretarial duties - correspondence, email & calendar management, data entry, transcribing, contact management, etc. Pretty much everything a traditional secretary does - except get your coffee!
Ready for a BRAND new look? Brand identity can include: Creative conception, complete brand packaging, simple logo design, complete website design, creative copy, and more.
General accounting duties - bookkeeping (Quickbooks is my favorite!), timekeeping, invoicing, AR/AP, monthly reports, end of year reports, etc. Your basic number crunching stuff.
Increase your SM presence today - content strategy, creating graphics & content, keyword research, posting on numerous platforms.
Traditional or Online - why not use both? Marketing can include: digital marketing, print marketing materials, email campaigns, flyers, sales campaigns, etc.

I spent 15 years in the legal and technology industry. Performing legal secretary work is how I started working as a virtual assistant in 2010. I handle back office support so you can focus on your case load.
Whether you are an agent, investor or broker, real estate professionals are some of the busiest people I know! Constantly putting their clients' needs before their own, I can't think of an industry professional who could use a VA more than you. I have four years of experience assisting business owners in the real estate industry.
Non-profit organizations hold a dear place in my heart. The opportunity to change the world is around every corner. I have been working with non profits for the past three years.
